Secured: Maggie’s, Northampton
Having recently delivered the structural carpentry and internal joinery scope at the Maggie’s Centre at the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, Blou Dynamic is delighted to announce we have been awarded the same scope on the upcoming Maggie’s Centre at the Northampton General Hospital.
The project will see Blou Dynamic work with Sir Robert McAlpine and the Maggie’s Team once again to deliver the following scope:
Structural carpentry scope comprising of forming timber joisted floors, pitched roofs, terrace areas and a complex overhang detail to receive perforated aluminium roof panels.
Timber doors with ironmongery including large pocket doors, plus concealed-frame Selo doors.
Oak-veneered kitchen featuring a natural stone worktop, LED-lit shelving, mirrored panels and an island unit with a mirrored base.
Oak clad staircase from ground to 1st floor featuring a sweeping Oak-veneered balustrade, Walnut nosing detail and inset LED-lit shelving units accessible from ground floor.
Factory painted storage units with mirrored alcoves to work areas including Oak desks and glass panels providing views across the Centre.
Numerous Oak-veneered units such as display shelving units lined with mirrored panels to various areas, coat cupboards incorporating Pin Board doors and function room storage units.
Oak-veneered WC joinery plus mirrored medicine cabinets.
