Secured: Floral Street

Blou Dynamic is pleased to announce we have recently been awarded the carpentry and joinery scope on 27b Floral Street by Curo Construction. The commercial development in the heart of London’s Covent Garden area will see Blou Dynamic carry out a structural carpentry package to deliver a terrace and plant area at roof level, and design, manufacture and install a joinery package comprising of the following:

• Oak-veneered Fire-rated doorsets with Dark Bronze ironmongery

• Reception desks - one Bronze-clad and one fluted timber-clad with Caesarstone countertops

• Timber veneered floating desks to work areas

• Display cabinets with LED lighting

• Numerous laminated storage units

• Kitchens, refreshment hubs and tea points

• Skirtings throughout the 6-storey building and stringers to staircases

Having successfully delivered the Mary Ward Centre with Curo in 2023, we look forward to working with them once again on this “high quality, wellbeing-led, sustainable office building”. Our works commence March 2024.
