Progress: Maggie’s Northampton

We are pleased to announce our structural carpentry scope on the Maggie’s Centre, Northampton, is close to completion.

The team, led by Brad Baynham, worked closely with Structural Engineer, Lee Postawa Associates, to firstly complete the design, then formed the timber-structured floors and roofs, as well as cantilevered gutters and other complex details.

We will soon vacate site and return in the coming months to install the specialist joinery scope. We are currently working with Architect, Stephen Marshall Architects, and Sir Robert McAlpine to finalise the design.
