Feature: Luke Perez-Diaz

Mr. Perez-Diaz joined Blou as an Apprentice Carpenter many moons ago. He recently achieved his Level 3 NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery and has risen through the ranks quickly, beginning to take on a more senior role on various projects. Luke works closely with one of our Project Managers, Brad Baynham, on projects such as the Courtauld Gallery, St. Marylebone Parish Church and more recently, Maggie’s at the Royal Free.

Luke recently completed SMSTS training, meaning he now has all he needs to manage projects individually, this is our aim for him. Our highly experienced team will continue to support Luke’s growth, allowing him to excel in his role.

The majority of our Senior Management Team began their careers as Apprentice Carpenters, Luke will no doubt follow in their path in the not-so-distant future.
